A souk is a traditional Arab or Berber open-air market, alive with local trade, colors, and scents. One of our friendly, knowledgeable guides will pick you up from your hotel and take you to one of the local villages, where the souk is held on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Fridays. This is no polished, tourist-friendly bazaar—it’s the heart of local daily life. Walk through stalls piled with fresh produce, spices, and handcrafted goods. Watch locals go through their routine activities, like bargaining over sheep, visiting the barber, or going to the dentist. The souk is rough, real, and deeply rooted in Berber traditions—a place where life unfolds as it has for generations.
Departure and return times will be arranged with the group. This tour only runs on Mondays (Souk Tnine Ourika), Tuesdays (Tahanout), or Fridays (Aghmat).
